How to Make a Return

Step 1: Request a Return

Please submit a return request by contacting our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, the reason for the return, and relevant photographs when applicable. If your return relates to a sizing issue, please provide the size ordered and details of the sizing difference to help us process your request more efficiently.

Please do not send items back before receiving return approval and instructions from our Customer Service team.

Step 2: Pack and Send Your Items

Once your return request has been approved, our Customer Service team will provide the return address and detailed return instructions.

Please send the item(s) using a trackable shipping service within 3–5 working days after receiving the return instructions.

• Please use an appropriate trackable postal or courier service for your return.
• Keep your return tracking number until your refund has been completed.
• Eagerlive is not responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit before reaching the designated return location.

Step 3: Refund Processing

All returned items will be inspected after they arrive at the designated return location. Once the return has been approved, we will normally process the refund within 3–5 working days.

After we issue the refund, it may take approximately 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. PayPal payments will be refunded to the original PayPal account, and credit card payments will be refunded to the original card used for the purchase.

If you have any questions about your refund, please contact: service@eagerlive.com

Important Return Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a returned product does not meet the applicable return conditions.

Unless the return is related to a verified product defect or shipping error, returned items should be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed and unaltered
• Undamaged and clean
• In resalable condition
• Returned with original tags and packaging

Items that have been used or returned in an unacceptable condition may not qualify for a refund.
